No refund given and nobody contacts me ever

I have yet to receive a refund of the $1500 I spent. I bought it January of 2020, they cancelled on me for my vacay planned in June, THE END OF MARCH WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. I keep getting passed back to them from my bank and they have not even contacted me with the countless times Ive tried to call and email.

I filed my complaint that when I booked my reservation it was for 912 total and my credit card has been billed close to 1100 when it dials book it. Coms number it just gives a msg about Covid and hangs up on you

They were given a refund for my cancelled flights and have kept it and did not issue it to me.

I booked a flight to Mexico on March 11 and this flight was later canceled in May. United told me that I would be refunded this money in the form of a check. I had not gotten the check so I checked into and Bookit was sent the money from United on 6/14/20 and it is now 7/14/20 and I have not gotten my over a $1,000 refund from them. United can not do anything about it as they gave it to Bookit. I also tried to report this to my credit card and I will have to wait and see up to 60 days and they are not really sure if they can do anything about this. This is ridiculous. Also when you try to reach Bookit there a message they are closed and to go to the website which does not allow for you to contact them there either.

Our trip for July 9, 2020was canceled back in March 2020 and no refund has been made. We cannot get our refund through our bank because it is past 60 days of the cancellation, which we did not know was canceled back then. We just want our money back.

I can not get refunded for the trip that was canceled because of COVID-19. Your website does not allow me to access anything and I can’t reach anyone on the phone. Send me proof that you canceled my trip due to Covid-19 so I can show my credit card company and get refunded. If you do not assist me I will get a lawyer and sue you.
