Arrived to Jamaica on Christmas night and the ground transfer was not waiting. Customer service closed so find a cab.
Cabs are not that cheap for tourist on Christmas night. Got to hotel, checked in and asked about dinner reservations. Everything was booked for every night so it's *** buffet or go off site for dinner. This kind of defeats the purpose of all inclusive.
In the end by using bookit.com I will pay more than if I would have booked directly with hotel. Live and learn I guess but don't think you are saving money you aren't. Called customer service to at least get my money back on the transportation.
The person could care less about my refund, she is sending an e-mail and letting me know. Don't waste your money.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
